  • I personally hand-pick all our vintage items in the US. They’re the real deal. We don’t buy in bulk like many vintage traders. I can’t buy stuff I hate. We usually rent a vehicle and get out on the road, picking up pieces along the way, staying with friends and chilling in wide open spaces. You can be sure the piece you find at Hey Cowboy! has lived a previous life somewhere in North America and has caught my eye before coming to you to begin a new chapter.

  • We do. Details are at the bottom of this page. Our main thing is vintage western wear, which we only sell in the physical store.

  • Every few weeks we get packages of new stock bought on our buying trips. We carry a small stock on site and new stuff goes out on the rails every weekend.

  • We tend to only put a limited selection of vintage items online. There’s a lot more in the store. We strongly believe in the physical space that’s the hub of our little western community. Far away? Come and visit us when you’re next in town. It’s worth it.

  • We’re open Thursday to Sunday only.

    Our hours are 11 am to 6 pm Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 11 am to 5 pm on Sundays.

  • We ship within 3 to 5 days. We use Royal Mail Signed For Second Class for most deliveries. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 3 to 5 working days for this service. If you’d like faster delivery, there’s an option at checkout. There is also an international shipping option.

  • All in-store purchases are non-refundable, but we do accept exchanges.

    All vintage sales online are final. We do not accept return or exchanges for vintage items purchased online. Other online purchases are returnable or can be exchanged. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition for a return or exchange to be accepted. All items on sale are final sales.

    Customers are responsible for any returns or exchanges. We cannot refund the cost of posting items back to us. Please allow up to 5 days for returns or exchanges to be processed. For exchanges, we will send your chosen exchange item according to the shipping conditions above. For refunds, please allow up to 15 days for your account to be credited.
